ExaMail - How to Whitelist/Blacklist Email Domains

Whitelisting a domain ensures that emails from the specified domain are always allowed through your email filters and are not marked as spam. Blacklisting a domain blocks emails from the specified domain, preventing them from reaching your inbox.

To Whitelist and Blacklist domains, log in to esa.exa-networks.co.uk with your user login details or the master log in for the domain.

Once logged in, access the delivery settings on the left and here you will be able to see both the Whitelist and Blacklist sections.

From here, you can add any domains needed to each of the sections, and once done, click submit.

Note:  If you make any changes for the Whitelist and Blacklists with the master domain log-in, this will affect all users under the domain.
