ExaMail - Spam Folder and Spam Threshold

A spam threshold is a setting in email filtering systems that determines whether an incoming email is classified as spam based on a numerical spam score. Emails that exceed this threshold are identified as spam and automatically moved to a spam folder in your email client. This helps keep your main inbox free from unwanted or potentially harmful messages, while allowing you to review and recover any legitimate emails that may have been incorrectly marked as spam.

To adjust Spam Threshold or your Spam Folder, log in to esa.exa-networks.co.uk.

If you go to account settings on the left, you will find the Spam Threshold and Spam Folder below.

Note: Spam Folder: By default all Spam will go to the Spam account for the domain, however you can choose an existing folder for your Spam to go to instead by entering the exact name of the folder in this section.

Once you have made any changes click submit to save the changes.
