About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Provisioning Coordinator to join our growing team at Exa Networks.

In this role, you’ll coordinate the provisioning and cessation of customer products and services, ensuring everything runs smoothly from order to delivery. You’ll play a key role in supporting our customers, managing communication throughout the process, and helping drive operational efficiency across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process new orders, regrades, and ceases efficiently and accurately.
  • Coordinate hardware configuration and delivery within agreed timeframes.
  • Maintain appropriate stock levels and monitor the progress of orders.
  • Keep customers and partners informed with timely updates.
  • Monitor departmental tickets, resolving or escalating as needed.
  • Support the installation and delivery of products and services.
  • Contribute to internal process improvements and knowledge sharing.
  • Stay up to date with Exa Networks’ product portfolio and industry trends.

About You

You’ll be someone who is:

  • Highly organised, with strong planning and time management skills.
  • A confident communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Analytical, solution-focused, and detail-oriented.
  • Proficient in IT systems (Microsoft Office, CRM tools, or similar).
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Qualifications & Experience

Essential:

  • GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English.
  • Strong organisational and customer service skills.

Desirable:

  • 1+ years’ experience in a provisioning or telecommunications environment.
  • Knowledge of hardware configuration or industry-specific regulations.
  • Experience using CRM or order management systems.
