Exa Networks is a finalist in two categories at the Yorkshire Post Excellence in Business Awards.
Exa is one of the UK’s leading internet service providers, delivering bespoke solutions to schools and businesses nationwide.
The business has been shortlisted for the Social Impact Award and the Community Award. Last year, the company won the Social Impact Award and are hoping to scoop the prize once again.
Mark Cowgill, Founder and director of Exa Networks, said: “We’re really proud to have been shortlisted for these awards. There are lots of local businesses doing fantastic thing to benefit the community so for us to be alongside them is brilliant.
“I’d like to wish our fellow finalists the best of luck for the evening, it’s sure to be a great night.”
More than 40 separate businesses and individuals have made the shortlist for The Yorkshire Post’s annual Excellence in Business Awards ceremony, which will take place on November 17, 2021 at Headingley Stadium in Leeds.
YP Business Editor, Mark Casci, said: “We received a record-breaking 345 entries for this year’s awards – dozens ahead of the closest previous tally. I can say without any hesitation that the standard of entries received this year is by far the most impressive I have seen in the five years since I have chaired these awards.”
